1. Overview

TariffDestroyer LLC provides access to a data-driven, AI-powered sourcing and tariff advisory platform exclusively for verified wholesalers. The platform allows users to receive automated insights related to import tariffs, sourcing efficiency, and supplier matchmaking through AI tools and backend data aggregation. Our policy below outlines the specific terms associated with account activation, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment processing, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection law and industry best practices.

2. Entry Fee & Subscription Structure

All approved users must pay a one-time $200 entry fee upon verification. This fee is required for initial access and includes the first 30 days of platform usage.

After the first 30 days, the account will automatically convert into a recurring $20/month subscription, which is billed monthly through Stripe until canceled.

Users will not be charged the $20 monthly subscription fee until the second month of access. The subscription is strictly month-to-month, with no long-term contract.

By completing the payment, users agree that:

The entry fee is for access, onboarding, and initial AI services.
Subscription charges begin only after the first 30 days.
The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled.

3. Refund Policy

The $200 entry fee is non-refundable after seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment. Users who cancel their account by clicking the "Cancel Account" button within the first 7 days will receive a full refund, automatically issued to their original payment method. No written request is required.

To qualify for this refund:

The account must be canceled within 7 days of activation.
The cancellation must be performed via the official cancellation button in the dashboard.
The user must not be in violation of the Terms & Services.

Refunds will not be issued:

After 7 calendar days from payment.
Due to dissatisfaction with AI-generated advice, insights, or quote delays.
Based on unmet expectations related to savings or vendor turnaround.
For any subsequent monthly subscription payments.

Monthly subscription payments ($20) are non-refundable once processed. No partial-month credits will be issued.

All refund eligibility expires permanently after the 7-day cancellation period.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by using the "Cancel Account" button in their dashboard or by emailing info@tariffdestroyer.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access will remain active through the end of that cycle. Once canceled, the user will not be charged further.

Important notes:

Mid-cycle cancellations do not receive prorated refunds.
Users are responsible for ensuring cancellation is completed before their next billing date.
Canceling the subscription does not retroactively qualify the entry fee for a refund.

5. Quote Turnaround and Platform Beta Notice

The platform is currently offered in Beta, which means functionality and results may vary. Users understand and agree that:

Quote turnaround times range from 1 to 15 business days, depending on SKU complexity, sourcing category, and supplier availability.
Quotes are not guaranteed and may depend on third-party supplier responsiveness and internal verification.
AI chatbot responses are informational and not legally or commercially binding.
Savings results may vary, and no sourcing or pricing outcome is guaranteed.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information to assist with quote generation.

During the Beta phase, certain features may be limited or changed without prior notice.

6. Stripe Payments

All payments, including the initial entry fee and monthly subscriptions, are securely processed through Stripe.

By submitting payment, users:

Acknowledge that Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.
Authorize Stripe to process charges on a recurring basis.
Agree that TariffDestroyer LLC does not retain or view full payment details.

TariffDestroyer LLC is not responsible for delays or errors related to Stripe’s processing.

7. Legal Basis for Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is consistent with U.S. federal regulations and digital subscription billing requirements, including:

FTC's guidance on clear disclosure of recurring payments
Applicable refund policy requirements under the CCPA and similar state laws

This policy is intended to protect both user rights and our operational capacity as a digital B2B service. TariffDestroyer LLC reserves the right to interpret and apply this policy in good faith in cases of dispute or exception.

8. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Users will be notified via email or through an on-site notification if any material changes affect refund or cancellation rights.
