TariffDestroyer LLC provides access to a data-driven, AI-powered sourcing and tariff advisory platform exclusively for verified wholesalers. The platform allows users to receive automated insights related to import tariffs, sourcing efficiency, and supplier matchmaking through AI tools and backend data aggregation. Our policy below outlines the specific terms associated with account activation, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment processing, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection law and industry best practices.
All approved users must pay a one-time $200 entry fee upon verification. This fee is required for initial access and includes the first 30 days of platform usage.
After the first 30 days, the account will automatically convert into a recurring $20/month subscription, which is billed monthly through Stripe until canceled.
Users will not be charged the $20 monthly subscription fee until the second month of access. The subscription is strictly month-to-month, with no long-term contract.
By completing the payment, users agree that:
The $200 entry fee is non-refundable after seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment. Users who cancel their account by clicking the "Cancel Account" button within the first 7 days will receive a full refund, automatically issued to their original payment method. No written request is required.

Monthly subscription payments ($20) are non-refundable once processed. No partial-month credits will be issued.
All refund eligibility expires permanently after the 7-day cancellation period.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access will remain active through the end of that cycle. Once canceled, the user will not be charged further.
